“Her Light in Bloom” is part of my yearly tradition — a dragonfly artwork created in honor of my mama, who loved being outside in her garden. Dragonflies, often seen as angels, drift through radiant blossoms and neon rings of color, carrying small sparks of memory and light. The flowers bloom boldly against the dark, echoing the joy she found in tending her garden and the way her spirit continues to grow in every vibrant detail.
This piece is a celebration of her presence — bright, nurturing, and ever‑expanding. Each year, another dragonfly joins the collection, keeping her close and letting her light bloom again.
